when the necklace is not worn, put it in a airtight plastic bag, since 925 silver does oxidize because 92.5% pure silver still contains 7.5% of alloy( to make it hard and strong for jewelry making) , just clean with silver polish cloth (I will provide ) or tooth paste and brush.
