Strawberry& leave / plants porcelain dangle earrings

These asymmetrical pairs were made by me in Montreal with love in the end of August 2020.

Model A: ( strawberry And leave)
4 cm x 2.4 cm (metal included )

Model B: (oval green plants)
3.8 cm x 1.8 cm (métal included )

🌱Due to handmade nature, you can see each piece made from the wet clay and how it was hand twisted and roller flattened, Hand painted gold & glaze, sand with tools, sponge cleaned the glaze etc, I am doing my best to make the “perfect “ piece for you .. 🥰

The gold contour is hand painted on the rim so it’s not always even on the rim contour, please forgive me 😊

These gorgeous earrings are fired 3 times in total in a kiln of 1200 degree for more than 25 hours.


How I make porcelaine earrings?

I make the shape with Quebec local Clay and wait a day or two until they are fully dry.

Fire them in a bisque fire temp for a few hours, wait until they are cool down.
I sand and smooth the texture

I Wait until they are bone dry, I apply carefully a layer of transparent glaze.

Putting them back to kiln and fire another 10 hours in a row and wait for a day to cool down.

Finally painting the 22kt Gold luster on where the glazed applied and wait a few hours to dry then put back to the kiln for the final firing.

Assembling, packing..etc :) really really long process but worth it



◆Please note that porcelain is a delicate material that should be handled with care. It can be easily cleaned by using a soft cloth and soapy water.

Please note the back of earring is not glazed or colored ( where they lay on the shelf)

Material: White Porcelaine, painted with pink glaze and 22kt Gold luster splashed on surface

Earring wire: Stainless steel wire gold plated (hypoallergenic)



◆PACKAGING◆
All jewelry is carefully packed in a jewelry box (to avoid any shipping damages) wrapped in a gift wapping paper and is ready to gift.
